 Rebeca has a deep understanding of the human body  from nourishment to  strength building . She factors in many elements when developing products for The Cultured Kitchen, factors like food allergies or poor digestion and can cater to even the most  sensitive customers.

 

Her dedication to scientific research helped her to overcome her own childhood ailments such as allergies, asthma, fibromyalgia, arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis,  poor eyesight, chronic sinus infections, colds and antibiotic dependency.

 

Her passion for food and health drove her to train as a chef, analyzing many cultures to unearth exotic cuisine and fermentation secrets.
